Born from the historic charm of an old cotton mill, Italiana Hotels Milan Rho Fair blends memory and modernity. Within the walls that once housed cotton spinning, the spaces now tell stories of work and ingenuity, transformed into elegant and welcoming environments where guests can experience Milan in comfort and style.
The former Cotonificio Muggiani in Rho (MI) was built between 1902 and 1904 as a cotton spinning factory, featuring four floors and a tower. Operations began in 1905 but the factory went into crisis in 1961 with the rise of synthetic fibers.
In 2000, the main building was emptied and renovated.
Since 2001, the semi-basement has hosted a Unes supermarket, while in 2008, the upper floors were converted into a hotel of the Italiana Hotels chain. During this transformation, the building also underwent external modifications, including the addition of a floor, a canopy, and new emergency staircases.
Today, this historic former industrial site has been reinterpreted in a contemporary style to host Italiana Hotels Milan Rho Fair. Spacious Art Déco interiors, modern comforts, and a warm, attentive welcome create an elegant and relaxed atmosphere for a memorable stay in Milan.
